Flavors on the Avenue – From 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on East Passyunk Avenue from Broad Street to Dickinson. The city’s first food festival of the spring will feature five blocks of street food, seasonal sips, craft beer, live music, sidewalk sales and family fun. Over two-dozen award-winning restaurants, cafes and bars will bring their signature cuisine outside under the blue skies. Craft beer, signature cocktails and wine will pour from select restaurants outdoors. East Passyunk Flavors on the Avenue is open to all ages. Food and drink is pay-as-you-go.

Beerathon 5K + Beer Fest – an event focused on combining exercise and celebrating Pennsylvania-based beer companies and beyond will take place at The Navy Yard.
Beerathon kicks off with a 5K run (or walk) where participants will earn a beer for each mile completed. After the race, patrons are invited to a beer fest with a list of curated beers, food trucks, live DJ and more on Marine Parade Grounds. Bikeout – Cyclists are invited to experience a hassle-free overnight bike camping trip over the Memorial Day weekend on the next Bikeout group ride. Hosted by the Pennsylvania Environmental Council, promises a weekend of outdoor adventure along Greater Philadelphia’s Circuit Trails network. Riders will gather near the art museum and travel about 38 miles along the Schuylkill River and the Perkiomen Creek before spending the night at Camp Kweebec and riding back to Center City the following day. Staff will transport all gear, leaving participants free to enjoy the ride with guidance from Bikeout volunteers and mechanical support from Keystone Bicycle Co.
