ShopRite donates gift cards to families impacted by plane crash

Wakefern Food Corp. members recently delivered $20,000 in ShopRite gift cards to the TCRC Community Healing Center in Hunting Park.

TCRC will give out $500 ShopRite gift cards to local families impacted by the plane crash Jan. 31 that killed seven people and destroyed or badly damaged multiple homes in the area.

Forty families displaced or directly impacted by the tragedy will receive the gift cards donated by the owners of Wakefern-operated ShopRite and Fresh Grocer stores , including the McMenamin, Brown, Collins, Ammons, Burns, Zallie and Colligas families. ••
