• Bucknell University has released the dean’s list for outstanding academic achievement during the fall semester of the 2024-25 academic year. A student must earn a grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a scale of 4.0 to receive dean’s list recognition. Local members of the list are Jason Chung, class of 2026, Computer Science major, and Kelvin Nguyen, class of 2025, Economics major.
• Jessica Angelucci achieved a perfect 4.0 GPA during the fall 2024 semester, earning a spot on the provost’s list at Hofstra University. Her major is Filmmaking.
• Grace Brown was named to Washington College’s Fall 2024 dean’s list. To earn the academic honor, a student must achieve at least a 3.50 GPA for the semester. There were 487 students named to the list.
• Linda Nowak earned a certificate in Congregational Leadership from the University of Dubuque (Iowa).
• David Mamalat was named to the dean’s list at Presbyterian College (South Carolina) for the Fall 2024 semester. Students who make the dean’s list earn a grade point average of 3.5 to 3.9 for the semester.
• Madeleine Thummel excelled during the fall 2024 semester at Hofstra University, achieving a GPA of at least 3.5 to earn a spot on the dean’s list. Her major is Music. ••
