Moneybags Parker

Why would Parker take an event that is basically handled and paid for by an outside entity and make an event paid for by the taxpayers. All you have to do is understand the first rule of the Democratic Party, which is “spend other people’s money” (read taxpayers). The second rule is “pay back the people who got you where you’re at.” This event killed two birds with one stone. She has also has set this event up as a recurring cost for the taxpayer after she is long gone. I can hear the sigh of relief coming from Wawa HQ as I’m writing this. This has not been a good stretch for Philadelphia taxpayers. Between this event, Councilman Jones and his wife conning the DROP program, plus the wife getting a $4,000 raise upon getting rehired. Look out taxpayers, we have Moneybags Parker for a while longer.
