The Block Gives Back held its annual Blockoween trunk or treat event on Oct. 26 at American Legion Playground. The event featured candy, treats, Halloween music, pumpkin painting and games. State Rep. Joe Hohenstein, state Sen. Jimmy Dillon and Senate candidate Joe Picozzi were among those in attendance. ••
