• La Salle University inducted 66 students, alumni, faculty and staff into the Alpha Alpha Alpha first-generation honor society. Tri-Alpha is a nationally incorporated society that honors and celebrates first-generation college students who achieve academic greatness. Among those inducted were Deisy Cabrera (social work graduate student), Salma John (family nurse practitioner graduate student), Christiana Sogbesan (nursing major), Jessica Hucke (nutrition major), Kathryn McAdams (business systems and analytics major), Maksym Ovcharov (actuarial science major), Nathalia Reinoso Zapata (business systems and analytics major) and Rawan Froukh (nursing major).
• Justin Ott has been named to the 2024 fall trimester dean’s list at Palmer College of Chiropractic’s Florida Campus in Port Orange, Florida.
• Arcadia University students Rachel Giampietro and Serena Hoang were elected to membership into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation’s oldest and most selective collegiate honor society.
• La Salle University inducted 28 outstanding business students into Beta Gamma Sigma, the international honor society recognizing the top students at accredited business schools. The prestigious honor is reserved for students who demonstrate excellence in academic achievement and leadership and who exemplify Beta Gamma Sigma’s values of honor, wisdom and earnestness. Among those inducted were accounting majors Anne Klepesky, Patrick Lonergan and Angely Tejada. ••
