• More than 9,000 University of Maryland Global Campus students were named to the dean’s list for the summer 2024 term. To be eligible for the honor, a student must complete at least six credits during the term, earn a grade point average of at least 3.5 for the term and maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.5. Local members of the dean’s list are Rikka Louise Chan (Human Resource Management major), Richard Curry (Cyber Threat Hunting Certificate), Matthew Grueninger and Sabrina Saidoun (Data Science).
• DeSales University theater major Deanna Hoch is the Second Waiter and the Swing for Smeraldina and Brighella in the university’s Act 1 production of the classic comedy, Carlo Goldoni’s The Servant of Two Masters, from Oct. 10-20, in the Schubert Theatre of the Labuda Center for the Performing Arts. ••
