Car wash fundraiser benefits Fox Chase Cancer Center

Pit Stop Car Wash, located at 820 Cottman Ave., held its fourth annual Haunted Car Wash on Oct. 25-26.

The Terrizzi family, which has owned and operated Pit Stop Car Wash since 1970, donated $6,108 to benefit the Social Work Fund at Fox Chase Cancer Center to help alleviate the financial burden of cancer.

The car wash was decorated for the event, and volunteers dressed up to give attendees a spooky experience as they rode through the car wash. ••
