State Rep. Anthony Bellmon (D-203rd dist.) recently presented a check for $84,350 to the Philadelphia Protestant Home, 6401 Martins Mill Road, to be used to provide a new disability transport vehicle for the home.
Bellmon was joined by the Protestant Home’s leadership team and residents.
The vehicle will be used to transport residents to medical visits, shopping, entertainment venues and on trips to Lancaster and the Jersey shore.
During Bellmon’s visit, Bill Conaway, Director of Community Relations at PPH, presented Target gift cards to two drivers for exemplary service. ••
