• La Salle University congratulates the 500 undergraduate students named to the fall 2024 dean’s list in recognition of academic excellence. Students who complete at least 12 credits and earn a semester grade point average of 3.5 or higher are placed on the dean’s list.

• University of Tampa honored some 2,300 students who were named to the dean’s list for the Fall 2024 semester. Students must maintain a GPA of 3.75 or higher to make the dean’s list. Local members of the list were Kristen Frain, a senior majoring in Education-Elementary (K-6); Thomas McGinley, a sophomore majoring in Accounting; and Jessica Reed, a senior majoring in Sport Management.

• Fairfield University students Andrew Binck and Sion Yap received dean’s list honors for the Fall 2024 semester. To be placed on the dean’s list, students must have completed a minimum of 12 credit hours in a semester, have no outstanding or incomplete grades for that semester and have attained a semester grade point average of 3.50 or better.

• University of Tampa hosted a recent commencement ceremony to honor 982 graduates. Local graduates were Jessica Reed, of who graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management, and Kristen Frain, who graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education-Elementary (K-6). ••
