Home Depot retail theft
Bensalem Police are investigating a retail theft that occurred at Home Depot, located at 900 Rockhill Drive, on Nov. 2. It was reported at approximately 5 p.m. that an unknown white male entered the store and stole a 75-piece bit set valued at $64.97. The man fled without paying for the merchandise. He is believed to be the same man who stole two DeWalt batteries worth $458 from the same location on Oct. 31.

Fraud alert
A Bensalem resident recently came to the police department to deliver a donation to the “National Police Association.” Please look at the attached photo closely. This mailing is fraudulent. Do not reply or send any information via mail if you have received one of these mailings. If you have received one or made a donation, contact Bensalem Police to file a report.
Acme retail theft
On Oct. 18, Dominique Peters and Brett Rose entered the Acme, located at 105 E. Street Road, Feasterville. They filled a shopping cart with over $200 worth of Pepsi products. They passed all points of sale and failed to pay for the merchandise. They left the area in Rose’s gray Ford F-150 truck. They are known to frequent the Bensalem area, as well as Chester County. A warrant has been issued for both of them.

Acme retail theft arrest
Lower Southampton Police arrested John C. Marks on Sept. 16 after learning he was in custody in Philadelphia. An arrest warrant was previously issued for Marks, 44, of Philadelphia, after he was identified as a suspect for committing a retail theft at the Acme in Feasterville on March 26.
Theft arrest
On Sept. 30, two Feasterville residents reported the theft of iPhones from their porch after they were delivered. The packages were delivered to addresses on E. Myrtle Avenue and Penns Gate Circle within Lower Southampton Township. Following an investigation, Jorge Luis Aracena, 38, of Paterson, New Jersey, was identified as one of the involved individuals who took the phones. An arrest warrant was issued on Nov. 4 and, on Nov. 12, Aracena turned himself in. He was arraigned and bail was set. He is awaiting his day in court.
