The seminar will be held Sunday, Oct. 11, from 2-4 p.m., with registration beginning at 1:30 p.m., at 3322 Willits Road, Philadelphia, PA 19136.
The educational program is intended for individuals and families considering buying their first home.
Topics include affordability, mortgage pre-approval, financing options, credit and qualification requirements, down-payment and closing-cost assistance, the step-by-step purchase process, and a live Q&A.
Realtor Lois Kolici will discuss the home-search and purchasing process. Irini Lulu of BIS Mortgages will cover financing options, credit and qualifying, down-payment assistance, and loan programs.
