The Theatre of Living Arts on South Street will be one of six live music venues in the city collecting winter clothes for those who need them.

Music fans attending a December show at the TLA can bring their new or gently used coats, gloves, hats or scarves to Spread the Warmth this winter and support Change Church and the Store Factory of Philadelphia.

Other participating venues are Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia, The Fillmore Philadelphia, The Foundry, Punch Line Philly and The Met Philadelphia.

Collection bins will be placed at the entrance to each venue starting at 5 p.m. on show days and during any open hours at Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia. Gathered coats, hats, gloves and scarves will be donated to Change Church to help Philadelphia residents get access to stay warm this winter.

Upcoming shows at the TLA include Matt Rogers: The Prince of Christmas Tour (Dec. 12), The Starting Line (Dec. 13-14), Babyface Ray (Dec. 17), Skrilla – Zombie Love Kensington (Dec. 19) and Silvertide (Dec. 20).
