Harris donates 200-plus bikes

State Rep. Jordan Harris hosted the 11th Annual Bike Giveaway and Bike Safety Event on Dec. 19 at the Yesha Ballroom on Snyder Avenue in South Philadelphia. 

The beloved community tradition annually brings joy to families and promotes safety and wellness during the holiday season.

More than 200 bicycles were given to local children and families in Harris’ 186th District, which covers parts of South and Southwest Philly. During the event, Harris staff shared information about state resources available to community members, including health and wellness programs for children and young adults. Contributed photo
