The work of John Ivanchenko is on display at the Bucks County Antique Center, 5761 York Road, in New Hope.
The work consists of paintings, drawings, photographs, mixed media and sculpture.
Ivanchenko, a Bristol Borough resident, is an abstract painter known for his use of colors and shapes. He has a Master of Fine Arts from New York’s School of Visual Arts. He taught in the Fine Art departments of Bucks County Community College and Montgomery County Community College as well as the College of New Jersey.
The center’s hours are Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The center, located near Peddler’s Village, is owned by artist Mitch Michener, a wood carver.
