State funds to help St. Hubert with upgrades to cafeteria, bathroom, fencing

St. Hubert High School for Girls recently welcomed state Sen. Joe Picozzi and Rep. Pat Gallagher, who presented a $500,000 check from the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program. City Councilman Mike Driscoll was also on hand.

The award will support St. Hubert’s renovations of the cafeteria and bathrooms.

“This funding will make a meaningful difference in the everyday experience of our students. We are incredibly grateful for this investment in our students and in the spaces that will support their growth and future success,” said Dr. Lizanne Pando, president of St. Hubert.

Picozzi also secured $80,000 for fencing. ••
