Redd would be a perfect addition to your home

Redd is a 3‑year‑old, 60‑pound pit bull with a heart as big as her smile. She has never met a person — or a stuffed toy — she didn’t adore. This sweet, affectionate girl is happiest when she’s with her people, whether that means going for a walk, playing in the yard, riding in the car or curling up on the couch for belly rubs.

Redd loves being outdoors and would thrive in a home with a yard to run and play in. She proudly carries her toys around like treasures. She is housebroken, crate trained and enjoys car rides. For longer trips, she does best with scheduled meals and a little medication beforehand to help her “travel tummy.” She also does well on a sensitive‑stomach diet.

This energetic girl starts her walks with lots of enthusiasm but settles into a nice pace once she gets going. She enjoys playing with other dogs and does well with pups who match her size and energy level. She’s respectful of canine boundaries and loves a good play session.

Redd absolutely adores people of all ages, but because of her size and excitement, she’d do best in a home with older kids or teens. She hasn’t been tested with cats in her foster home, and because she shows interest in small animals outdoors, a cat‑free home is recommended.
