Plant manager Bill Rodebaugh unveiled Engine 1, intended to enhance emergency response capabilities and reinforce AdvanSix’s ongoing dedication to maintaining the highest safety standards.

In addition to the celebration of the new engine, Rodebaugh met with members of the Philadelphia Fire Department to discuss the plant’s safety updates and information from the last year as well as ideas for coordinated efforts.

“At AdvanSix, safety is not just a priority, but a core value guiding us every step of the way. The new fire engine is a tangible element of our proactive approach to safeguarding our employees and neighbors through thoughtful emergency preparedness and response,” Rodebaugh said. “Thank you to all who made the Safety Day event a success –– including special guests from the Philadelphia Fire Department.”
