N-G’s Easley earns MVP honors

Neumann-Goretti High School senior Carryn Easley has received top honors from the Philadelphia Catholic League.

Easley, a Fordham University signee, received First Team All-Catholic for the third straight season and was named the league’s Most Valuable Player. She’s the first MVP from Neumann-Goretti since Diamond Johnson in 2020.

Easley, a career 1,000-point scorer, averaged 14 points and 5.1 assists per game through her first 21 contests at the Saints were 18-3 overall and 11-0 in the PCL standings. 

Easley was joined by teammates Amya Scott and Reginna Baker for First Team All-Catholic honors. Kamora Berry received Second Team All-Catholic recognition.
