Shop for some fiber crafts this holiday season

The Fiber Craft Holiday Market returns to South Philly’s Bok Building on Dec. 7, bringing unique shopping ideas just ahead of wrapping season. 

From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., more than 50 vendors will take the floor of the building’s gymnasium, showcasing their finest crafts, including yarn shops, craft supplies and kits, indie dyers and spinners (yarn and fiber), handmade items, fiber art, textile wearables and jewelry.

Returning after a successful inaugural event, the second offering of the Fiber Craft Holiday Market promises to provide special gifts for the giving season.

The event is free and open to all and guests can find the entrance at 821 Dudley St. Special activations include weaving demos, a community textile exhibit, tattoo pop-up with artist 3rdpancake, live chain-stitching from That Crafty One and an exclusive yarn collaboration with Whirlwind Yarns. The Burrito Feliz food truck will serving bites on Mifflin Street.
