Gary Barbera, of Barbera’s Autoland, and state Rep. Jared Solomon last week distributed more than 200 winter coats to students at Disston Elementary School. They were joined by staff of CORA Services. Barbera led the crowd in singing Happy Birthday to Solomon, 46.

“Our winter coat giveaway is one of our most important grassroots partnerships with Rep. Jared Solomon,” Barbera said. “Giving brand new coats to students who truly need them and feeling their excitement and seeing their smiles in return – that’s a memorable experience for the kids and for us right here in our local neighborhood.” ••
