Temple’s “A Moment of Magic” princesses greeted children in costume.

The Settlement Music School Kardon-Northeast Branch, 3745 Clarendon Ave., hosted a Halloween Open House and Performance Hour on Oct. 19.

The morning featured free raffles, an appearance by state Sen. Jimmy Dillon and a Performance Hour. Performances included students singing and playing the piano and violin.
